Patricia Mae Matarlo

Occupational Therapist | Founder

Introducing Patricia, the visionary founder of Therapeak Performance, where she blends rehabilitation with strength and conditioning to empower individuals and athletes alike.

With a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Cebu Doctors' University (2017) and a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Sports Practice) from Victoria University (2021), Patricia brings a unique blend of skills to her work.

An Accredited Australian Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCA) and certified rater of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Patricia is driven by her passion for sports and helping individuals and athletes achieve their full potential.

Patricia's experience covers a broad spectrum, from paediatric play-based therapy and adult assessments to integrating assistive technology and home modifications. Her career highlights include coaching in the Victorian Premier League (VPL) football teams and making history as the first female coach at North Sunshine Eagles FC!

When Patricia isn't in therapy, you'll find her coaching her football team and engaging in other physical activities like cycling and weightlifting.

Patricia advocates for the transformative impact of sports, promoting inclusivity and empowerment within the community, and dedication to making a real difference, one client at a time.

Georgia Pozorski

Occupational Therapist

Georgia is our resident circus acrobat and paediatric occupational therapist (yes—she really did run away to join the circus!).

After completing a Bachelor of Human Science, Georgia went on to study a Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of South Australia, graduating in 2020. She has since worked across home, school, and community settings, supporting children and families through play-based, goal-focused therapy that meets each child’s unique needs and interests.

Georgia brings a creative approach to her sessions, often drawing on her background in acrobatics and circus arts to support children’s sensory, emotional, social, visual, and motor development in fun and engaging ways.

In addition to her paediatric work, Georgia is experienced in conducting comprehensive assessments and report writing for adult clients, including those with psychosocial disabilities, helping them access appropriate supports and improve their quality of life.

When she’s not working, you’ll probably find Georgia upside down or mid-air at the National Institute of Circus Arts in Melbourne.
